How to remove my MERCUSYS camera when it is offline

This article will introduce how to remove offline devices on the MERCUSYS app.

Here, we take the MC210 as an example.

On the Cameras page, tap on the offline button showing on the device card.

Tap the Offline button showing on the device card.

Then, the app will show "Device Unreachable" message. Tap "Remove” below to remove the camera.

Tap the “Remove” to remove the camera from the app.
